Where we ship
We currently ship to most major cities and urban areas.
- Some regions may have limited service or higher shipping fees.
Door-to-door delivery No pick-up points (yet)
Delays & issues
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
Once your order is handed to the courier, transit times are managed by the shipping partner.
- If a parcel is scanned as “delivered” but you can’t find it, contact the courier first.
- If your box arrives visibly damaged, take clear photos before opening.
Then reach out to us with your order number, photos and tracking details so we can help investigate.
Returns
Returns & exchanges
To keep the market fair and secure, all returns must respect our Returns Policy.
- Exchanges and Returns are only available within maximum of 3 days after receiving your order.
- Pairs must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags and extras.
- Return windows, fees and eligibility depend on your country.
